COLLECTING AND USING PERSONAL INFORMATION
- We collect the personal information that you provide us with when you make an inquiry
- We collect additional personal information to process your booking
- Personal information includes but is not limited to your name, email address and phone number
- We retain your booking details to ensure a smoother process if you book with us again
- Online payments are made through a third party payment gateway (Worldpay); Worldpay’s privacy policy can be viewed on its UK website
- If you make payment by phone, we take your credit card details from you and input them into the Worldpay system; at no point do we put your credit card details onto our own systems
- We may pass your name onto our suppliers (golf courses, hotels, taxi companies, etc.) once your booking with us is confirmed
- We do not sell your personal information third parties
- We do not use your personal information for marketing purposes
COOKIES
- J-UK Golf does not utilise cookies
- Third parties such as Google Analytics may embed cookies onto our website to collect information on browsing behaviour
- You can set your browser to reject cookies; to do so, please refer to “settings” on your browser page
YOUR RIGHTS
- You have the right to request a copy of the information that we hold about you
- You have the right to request that we correct inaccurate information about you
- You have the right to request that we delete the information that we hold about you
